Guidelines for Corporate Tables:

• 10 dinner event tickets will be mailed to the firm purchasing a corporate table and the firm will be responsible for distributing the 10 tickets to their guests.  Each ticket will include the firm’s pre-assigned table number.
• GEO will provide the firm with a corporate guest list template and the firm is responsible for sending a completed guest list to GEO.All guests must be listed on the corporate guest list and present their ticket at the door for admittance to the dinner.
• Registered conference attendees, booth staff attendees, and speakers may not be included on any firm’s corporate guest list. Registered conference attendees, booth staff attendees, and speakers are guests of GEO and have already been issued GEO award dinner tickets and assigned to a table.
